It’s Time for Brunch…in Cantonese道地好「港」味

Yum cha is the Cantonese name for a mid-morning meal of dim sum eaten with tea. The foods eaten as part of yum cha are mostly steamed as Cantonese people usually prefer not to eat fried foods early in the day，機場 最搶錢 免稅品熱銷冠軍出爐， but there are a few fried options. Everything is served in small portions，警巡邏護國宴瓜， with small dumplings and buns being common.
