王少偉透露過去的女友往往會抱怨他節日不能陪，行程又不固定，碰到拍戲還常常好多天回不了家，尤其拍戲有親密鏡頭是家常便飯，很少人能忍受。王少偉說：「其實若是我，另一半要跟人親熱我可能也會很痛苦。」
如果拍親密戲，會不會先跟另一半報備？王少偉表示不會，但又說：「其實常常沒拍到親密戲就『切』了！」雖然被催婚，但他還是希望感情順其自然，不過仍放話：「我不要比許孟哲慢就好！」
